As Director of The Arc Agency, Elsie Attoh is established and respected in the building and architectural industry, utilising a boutique approach to integrating the architectural, interior, and landscape markets.
With a Bachelor of Economics and Marketing to her name, Elsie commenced her career in advertising in 1997, working for Zenith Media and George Patterson Bates in Sydney, Saatchi & Saatchi in London and various other marketing and advertising companies.

The launch of The Meccano Group in Sydney in early 2000 showcased her creative networking expertise and provided a forum to promote her work, debuting more than 150 brands from within the industry.

Innovative in the direction of exclusive industry forums, she has set the trend for companies large and small looking to incorporate product launches and co-branding facilities. Elsie has built an intimate team of skilled, experienced staff and has been revolutionary in exposure of brands through clever sales and marketing techniques. Her successful strategies have seen Elsie achieve success right around Australia and she is focused on continuously expanding her networking and business opportunities within the industry.

Bringing invaluable marketing and creative experience to her role, Nancy Attoh produces inspiring events which meld commerce with the creative. Starting her career in the UK in 2000 at communications giant Saatchi & Saatchi, Nancy coordinated projects with European agencies to launch new healthcare products.

Returning to Australia she joined the marketing team at David Jones with a focus on fashion retail. Keen to expand her knowledge of the industry, Nancy then studied fashion in the UK.

Back in Australia Nancy worked alongside respected creatives, styling for leading publications and brands for advertising shoots and fashion shows. This is where her passion for negotiating the delicate balance between the commercial and the creative was fine-tuned. Her experience in both fields as well as a growing interest in architecture and interior design led her to join The Arc Agency in 2011.

Nancy is driven to produce engaging events which are now the industry’s most talked about forums, connecting specifiers with architectural product suppliers.

As Services and National Events Manager, Vadawn Buhler manages a team of more than 20 staff across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, focusing on both current and new business.

With a background in Fine Arts and Corporate Branding, she draws heavily on her strengths, namely people and service management, ensuring that all areas of our business are executed with precision and quality.

Tara has worked for a range of businesses in Executive Assistant and Operational Management roles, for companies such as Landor Associates and Film World. Her success in the execution of services and management of staff is testament to her methodical approach and meticulous attention to detail.

Respected solicitor William Attoh serves as our legal advisor to ensure full compliance in every aspect of our business and for other businesses in the building industry. William has worked for several private law firms and public organisations throughout his successful career, including LawAccess NSW.

As researcher to the New South Wales Court Appeal, he worked under the direction of some of the most astute judges in Australia and helped to develop the NSW Court of Appeal database.

Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, William has an LL.B. Hons from the University of Western Sydney where he graduated among the top three students, won the Law Prize for Legal Practice: Ethics & Management and was a member of the Golden Key Honour Society.

Hailing from the UK, our Creative Branding Director Stephen Busuttil has been working alongside The Arc Agency for over a decade. Stephen has worked as a designer and art director in Australia since 2000. During this time he has consulted for numerous award-winning agencies including BMF, Naked, Moon, Twelve Ten (UK) and Brand & Co.

While Stephen’s background is essentially print-based design, his primary passion now lies in the digital space, whether it’s UX, UI or website development.

The Stephen Busuttil Design business allows him to provide a broader range of services to a diverse variety of clients across multiple industry sectors. Through this business he collaborates with a network of supremely talented designers, developers, illustrators, photographers and copywriters.
