As Director of The Arc Agency, Elsie Attoh is established and respected in the building and architectural industry, utilising a boutique approach to integrating the architectural, interior, and landscape markets. With a Bachelor of Economics and Marketing to her name, Elsie commenced her career in advertising in 1997, working for Zenith Media and George Patterson Bates in Sydney, Saatchi & Saatchi in London and various other marketing and advertising companies.

The launch of The Meccano Group in Sydney in early 2000 showcased her creative networking expertise and provided a forum to promote her work, debuting more than 150 brands from within the industry.

Innovative in the direction of exclusive industry forums, she has set the trend for companies large and small looking to incorporate product launches and co-branding facilities. Elsie has built an intimate team of skilled, experienced staff and has been revolutionary in exposure of brands through clever sales and marketing techniques. Her successful strategies have seen Elsie achieve success right around Australia and she is focused on continuously expanding her networking and business opportunities within the industry.

General Manager Nancy Attoh has an exceptional knowledge of the industry and The Arc Agency as a business, with invaluable marketing and creative experience behind her. Throughout her career she has been responsible for countless inspiring events which meld commerce with the creative.

A resourceful problem solver who’s operationally minded, Nancy provides support to the national team, delivering exceptional service across all of The Arc Agency’s forums. She maintains the quality service for which The Arc Agency is renowned by establishing and enforcing strict organisational standards.

Starting her career in the UK at communications giant Saatchi & Saatchi, Nancy returned to Australia to join the marketing team at David Jones. This focus on fashion retail led her back to the UK to study fashion.

This was followed by roles working alongside respected creatives, styling for leading publications and brands for advertising shoots and fashion shows. It was here that Nancy’s passion for negotiating the delicate balance between the commercial and the creative was fine-tuned. Her experience in both fields as well as a growing interest in architecture and interior design led her to join The Arc Agency in 2011.

As Business Development Manager, Yolanda is focused on growing our vast network of current and prospective clients, and actively managing our client relationships nationally via regular interaction and face-to-face meetings.

Generating new business for The Arc Agency involves skilled and compelling communication of our extensive and specialist services, and Yolanda is adept at engaging those within the specification industry with her approachable-yet-professional demeanour.

With a career in Business Development Management stretching over a decade, including industry-specific experience in both commercial design and trade exhibitions, Yolanda brings competence, confidence and expertise to her demanding role.

Joining us as a Relationship Manager before being promoted to manage the Queensland team, Brooke Andrews quickly demonstrated her strength in nurturing clients and representing them to specifiers.

With a Bachelor of Design and more recently a graduate of Interior Design and Decoration, Brooke brings a unique and solid understanding of both specifier needs and client product information.

This knowledge base has proved critical in forging successful client relationships and helping to grow the Arc Agency network.

A background in marketing, retail operations and events has informed and enriched her expertise in business development, management and sales.

Brooke’s natural enthusiasm for the architecture and design industry underlies her day-to-day tasks, including exceptional preparation of presentation materials and highly professional representation of our clients’ brands and products.

As the Queensland Manager, Brooke ensures the success of the Arc Agency’s group presentations, effective database management/growth, and sets a strong example for lead generation and reporting.

Hailing from the UK, our Creative Branding Director Stephen Busuttil has been working alongside The Arc Agency for over a decade. Stephen has worked as a designer and art director in Australia since 2000. During this time he has consulted for numerous award-winning agencies including BMF, Naked, Moon, Twelve Ten (UK) and Brand & Co.

While Stephen’s background is essentially print-based design, his primary passion now lies in the digital space, whether it’s UX, UI or website development.

The Stephen Busuttil Design business allows him to provide a broader range of services to a diverse variety of clients across multiple industry sectors. Through this business he collaborates with a network of supremely talented designers, developers, illustrators, photographers and copywriters.

Respected solicitor William Attoh serves as our legal advisor to ensure full compliance in every aspect of our business and for other businesses in the building industry. William has worked for several private law firms and public organisations throughout his successful career, including LawAccess NSW.

As researcher to the New South Wales Court Appeal, he worked under the direction of some of the most astute judges in Australia and helped to develop the NSW Court of Appeal database.

Admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, William has an LL.B. Hons from the University of Western Sydney where he graduated among the top three students, won the Law Prize for Legal Practice: Ethics & Management and was a member of the Golden Key Honour Society.
